Job Profile

• Identify new market opportunities to sell our products
• Identify potential market segments and implement sales strategies to increase sales
• Responsible for managing, coaching, developing, motivating and retaining members
• Responsible for building strong relationship with the customers, whilst achieving set targets

Candidate profile

• Should possess minimum of one year experience in sales in the field of telecommunication/ internet/computer/ Insurance/ FMCG/ technical
• Should be a young and dynamic individual who could meet high end customers
•  Ability to manage and develop teams to achieve team objectives and set targets
•  Ability to communicate complex technical issues with good presentation skills
•  An IT savvy individual with  good interpersonal and managerial skills
• Ability to train and educate teams as well as customers
• Presentation skills in all 3 languages would be an added advantage; ability to communicate in Tamil is a must
• Selected candidate should be based in the designated area
• Should be below the age of 35
